Job wisely understood the link between the eyes and the heart.  He states, “I have made a covenant with my eyes not to look lustfully…” He then makes reference to the heart being led by the eyes.  (Job 31:1,7)

John identifies a carnal life; lust of the eyes, lust of the flesh, and the pride of life.

It all seems to begin with the eyes.

“Be careful little eyes what you see.”

DAILY PRAYER:  Father in Heaven, grace us with the strength to control what our eyes see, and help us keep our eyes upon You. Let the March for Life in downtown Atlanta today have a great impact.
