The elements of committing and trust are established by the Psalmist in ch. 37;  “Commit your way to the Lord.”  Many translations then say, “And He will act.”

It’s as if the act of committing to Him triggers a response from Him.

When Patty and I led a Bible College music group, we used this principle over and over again.  We would step back and watch God bring the solution to every challenge in our way.  The students all witnessed God’s ability to solve problems.

DAILY PRAYER:  Lord, to You we commit our ways, our problems, our heartaches, and our victories.  Your ways are higher than ours.  We trust You with everything.
