Aaron and his sons were ordained by God to be consecrated to His service.

David was a prefiguring of the New Testament believer as he was a king, a prophet, and a priest unto God.

Peter calls the saints a priesthood.  You and I are called and consecrated to minister as a priest unto God.  We do it through our service of building the Lord’s Kingdom and spending time with Him everyday.

DAILY PRAYER:  Father, I want to be a faithful priest to You.  I will  serve You and Your purposes today.
