‘Because they have not followed me wholeheartedly, not one of those who were twenty years old or more when they came up out of Egypt will see the land I promised on oath to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob— not one except Caleb … and Joshua, for they followed the Lord wholeheartedly.’  Num. 32:11,12

The Lord still desires our wholeheartedness.  Ananias and Sapphira were prime examples of divided motives, and it cost them their lives.  They lied to Peter and to the Holy Ghost by falsely representing themselves about the sale of some land.  Acts 5:1-11

DAILY PRAYER:  Father in Heaven, here, take our hearts and fill them with Your Spirit.  Take the whole thing for Your purposes.
