When Moses was asked to judge a situation for God’s people, he would answer “In accordance to the Word of the Lord.”  Every decision lined up with God’s express will for the Israelites.

The decisions we make should likewise line up with God’s Word in its entirety. “…No prophecy of Scripture is a matter of private opinion. And why? Because it’s not something concocted in the human heart. Prophecy resulted when the Holy Spirit prompted men and women to speak God’s Word.”  1 Pet. 1:20 MSG

DAILY PRAYER:  Lord, You have given us Your Word to guide us through life.  We will consult Your Word when we need direction.
