But we forsake Him. When we walk away from His commandments and daily relationship with Him, He anxiously waits for us to return. Jeremiah declared, “I have loved you with an everylasting love. Therefore I have continued My faithfulness to you.” [Jer. 31:3]

Paul echoed the Lord’s promise, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.” [Heb. 13:5]

DAILY PRAYER: Lord, we have been unfaithful to You , but You remain faithful to us. Forgive us.
