Job was clearly not deserving of the great suffering and pain brought upon him, yet he endured and gave us a running commentary on his difficult journey. We are consoled by relating to him and draw strength for our own process through knowing the struggles he endured.

Weeping endures for the night, but joy comes in the morning. [Ps. 30:5]

God always provides strength to endure, and His reward at the conclusion of our pain is worth waiting for.

DAILY PRAYER: Lord, we have had tribulation, but You have overcome the world and its struggles.  Cause us to be overcomers by your grace.
