Job’s “comforters” (?) offered him much advice. Some of it was ok, and some bitterly discouraging. Ultimately, God showed up and cleared the air.

When you are in a trial, you may have “comforters” also.  Beware of those whose counsel leaves you down. The Holy Spirit always shows you the way up.

The Psalmist said, “Whom have I in heaven but You,and there is none upon earth that I desire besides You.”[Ps. 73:25]

DAILY PRAYER: Lord, I will trust in You alone. Your Word is a lamp unto my feet and a light to my path. Keep me in Your will.
