When persons or objects were considered devoted to the Lord, their value was not measured in normal currency. They entered a category that meant they actually belonged to the Lord, and they became holy.

The value of devotion transcends temporal value and actually enters an eternal category.

Seek to become devoted to the LORD and His purposes.

PRAYER: Father in Heaven, I hereby devote myself to You and Your purposes. Make my life count for eternity. I belong to You.
