When God’s people were dragged away into exile, the Promised Land enjoyed its overdue sabbath rest, a back payment for the many years that were not observed due to the apostasy of Israel.  God gave the land what it needed.

The same is with people who don’t tithe … the destroyer gets that money. I’ve seen it over and over again. You think you’re getting ahead by pocketing the money that should go to God.

Guess what! It never works that way.

The ONLY way to truly get ahead is to tithe and honor God. Chick-Fil-A has proved that.

PRAYER: Lord, mercifully teach us to honor You with the first of everything.
