Praising the Lord is SO MUCH MORE than mere music. As we lift His name and declare His greatness with our mouths through singing and playing instruments, He is given His rightful place in our hearts and in every situation.  We were created for His pleasure, not Him for ours.

Through prayer and praise, every challenge of life can witness God’s power and must bow to Him.

The Ark of the Covenant was placed in a heathen temple overnight after the Philistines had stolen it. The temple was for their god, Dagon. Mysteriously, Dagon’s image was fallen over and found actually bowing to God’s presence in the Ark the next morning.

No power of the enemy can stand before God and the praises of His people.
