The Song of Deliverance

David was faithful to acknowledge God when he was delivered from his enemies. He would compose songs to God and play them, singing and accompanying himself whether alone or in the great assembly.

Contemporary worship seems to lack the freshness we see in the Psalms. The motives and messages often relayed are those of the “worship industry” and not the leaders before us.

The fresh touch of an original composition combines sincerity, real-life encounters, and everyday challenges and victories that impact the worshiper with authenticity. We all need a fresh touch.
