A violent mob condemned Jesus. His Heavenly Father ultimately redeemed Him and caused Him to triumph … His soul was not left in hell.

In today’s political scene we see more violence from unruly mobs than we’ve probably seen since the Boston Tea Party. Despite the method, in both cases God had His way in the end.

We endure tribulation in life, but we are encouraged to “Be of good cheer, for (Christ has) overcome the world.”

We trust the Lord.
