The Tribes of Israel were all given specific plots of land to dwell in. Joshua clarified the boundaries to eliminate quarreling among the tribes. They each had plenty to do to inhabit and maintain their allotted territory.

Similarly, we are wise to be satisfied with the areas of ministry God gives to us. As good stewards, we will have plenty to do if we focus on doing our best to serve the Lord in the parameters and abilities He has clearly given us. Strife begins when we harmfully compare ourselves with others and their ministry domains.
