Today I encourage you to consider implementing the following disciplines in your daily life to “Rev up” your spiritual engine.

1. Read the Bible daily. Use a systematic method of reading or listening (this is what I have done for the past 4 years) to keep God’s Word constantly working in your life.
2. Pray for those you love DAILY. I am convinced that when we stand before the Lord and give accountability, we will deeply regret not using the powerful tool of prayer to impact the lives that matter most to us.
3. Continually ask God to bring a revival to our nation. In my 70 years, I have never seen our nation so close to an apostate condition. Right is considered wrong, and wrong is the default. Morality, integrity, and Christianity have slipped to an all-time low in popularity. This nation NEEDS GOD.
4. Pick up a burden for your friends, acquaintances, and neighbors who don’t know Christ. Prayer and gestures of care and interest will open them up to witnessing.
