Humility Restores

Manasseh was an evil king but was kidnapped by the Assyrians. In his bondage, he humbled himself and cried out to God. The Lord heard him and caused him to be released and restored. He went on to do some positive things in his reign.

At any time, humility can bring restoration and positive change. Life’s humbling circumstances can bring us to our knees to seek God. Many with grave illnesses turn to God and receive forgiveness and restoration.

Parents are wise to teach children to halt when they get into trouble, humble themselves, and cry out to God. A lifetime of humility allows God to preserve and promote.
