Heaven rules everything

Daniel 1’4

In the story of Daniel’s captivity, he interpreted the king’s dream of a large tree that came down. The king was that tree. He was restored that he might know of a certainty that GOD RULES OVER MEN AND KINGDOMS.

Hitler thought he would rule the world, but ended up taking his own life out of fright. (Big man?)

Presently, we have Putin who is playing power games with Trump and others. He will just have to learn (the hard way) that God sits king over the flood.

What could be worse…

Daniel 1-3

… than being thrown into a blazing furnace of fire? Not much!

This was the predicament the three Hebrew boys found themselves in for refusing to bow the Nebuchadnezar’s graven image. Yet, God showed up to become the fourth man in the fire. When drawn out, they didn’t even have the smell of smoke on them.

God is WITH YOU in your trial. He will DELIVER YOU!

My best moment

Ezekiel 44, 45

On my visit to the Holy Land, my best moment occurred as I stood on the Mount of Olives looking across the Kidron Valley at the Eastern Gate. It is all walled shut, awaiting the moment when Christ will touch down on this Mount and walk across the valley and enter the Holy City of Jerusalem THROUGH that gate.

That will be one of the greatest moments in history.

Let God speak

Ezekiel 38

God is a Spirit, and those who worship Him (let Him BE their God) must worship in Spirit ( their spirit intersecting His) and in truth ( reality.)

Jesus said, “My Words, They are Spirit, They are Life.” [Jn. 6:63]

Let God speak to YOU. Hear His Word, read His Word. EVERYDAY!!!

An Everlasting Covenant

Ezekiel 37

After he brought the dry bones back to life, God showed the prophet of the coming day when Israel would forever be drawn back to their Eternal King, Jesus. When we accept Christ, we too become part of His Eternal Bride, and will be safe with Him FOREVER!

Fruit in Israel

Ezekiel. 36

As the prophet predicted, Israel became a producer of some of the best and biggest fruit in the world. Because of her suitable climate, fruit can be grown year-round.

God deserves fruit from our lives all the time. His Word and His Spirit keep us warm and watered. No excuses.

Bad news

Ezekiel. 29, 30

I WOULD NOT want Ezekiel giving me a word. He was generally the bearer of bad news to nations, cities, or people groups. It must have been a lonely existence for hm, yet he was in demand because he had an accurate message.

What would his message be to the U.S.?

I would not want to be Maduro or an inhabitant of Venezuela right now. F-18s are buzzing off their coast in a show of force.

Imagine how Ezekiel would describe THAT …
