This is a beautiful word.

As he received God’s laws for living, Moses was instructed to anoint all the elements of the tabernacle so they could be holy and acceptable to God.  They were then consecrated, set apart for use to please God.

Of all the uses of our lives, being consecrated to God for His use is the most fulfilling and eternally rewarding.

DAILY PRAYER:  Lord, pour the oil of Your Holy Spirit over my life today that I might be consecrated to You and Your service.
