Hearing is critical. The older I get, the more valuable my ears are. Young people don’t always appreciate the quality of hearing they possess. Older people quite often spend a lot of money on hearing aids to help them hear.

Hearing god, however, does not depend upon your natural ears. Spiritual ears are of great importance. Your spiritual ears can be exercised as you read God’s word, as you observe life situations, as you pray or praise the Lord, and as you listen to anointed preaching. As little Samuel did, simply tell the Lord, ” Speak lord, your servant hears.”
